XK500CJ multifunctional combined CNC roll processing machine is developed basing on original XK500C.As a new generation product , the machine can achieve automatic machining processs rolls’ from the frist to the last groove. The machines have characters of high automatic degree , high precision, easy control , safe and so on. And the cutting efficiency has been improved significantly. The machine can machine crescent slots on nodular iron rolls, tungsten carbide roll collars , high speed steel rolls. It can machine standard same high slots and spiral slots which meet British BC , Japanese JIS and Indonesia SNI standards.
