CA8450 plc roll lathes are mainly used in the semifinishing and finishing turning processing work for cast iron. steel and Non-ferrous metal rolls. The machines adopt high speed iron steel, tungsten-carbide or other kind of material cutters. These kinds of designs support the machines to do turning and repairing processing work for the rolls. excircle, head face. all kinds of complex groove face and curved surface. They can also process the samillar cast iron. Steel and non-ferrous metal shafts as rolls in same weight range for semifinishing and finishing work on excircle, head face. And all kinds of complex groove face. The machine adpots four in one guide way. The turret traverse motion uses high rigid rectangular guide. With Italian frame type cutter technology and the fixed cutter structure's perfect combination, the machines have improved the rigidity and stability. At the same time, the high rigidity blade row structure is suitable to process work pieces as spindle center. We adopt high accuracy and radial clearance of the double row short cylindrical roller bearings as machine?s spindle bearings to ensure the machine?s high rigidity, stablity and high accuracy. All the designs make sure the machines in integrated processing precision. And the work pieces will be processed in high accurency. Spindle box(headstock) adopts30KW AC frequency variable motor, using hydraulic unit. Automatic shift modes, stepless transmission(longitudinal and cross movement). The machine can adjust speed. feed rate according to the work pieces's materials. Easy control. Machines use DRO for the longitudinal movment. With this kind design, there is no need to positioning roll or scribing work piece in machining operation. Machines adopts centralized lubrication systems for every gudiways′ lubrioation.lt uses fixed-point quantitative oil supply principle. This ensures that the dynamic response of the system and the long using life for the machine's gudiways′ lubrioation. Machines adopt full stainless steel covers. This kind of design will keep the machine?s accurancy. This machine consists of bed, turret tool holder. hydraulic system, PLC system. Electrical cabinet, wire holder and so on.
